Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Times

 Freshness Takes Time: To ensure you receive the freshest roast possible, orders are sent directly to our roaster as soon as they are placed.

 Estimated Window: Most orders are processed, roasted, and packaged within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 Flexible Timeline: Please note that this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline. During periods of high demand, seasonal rushes, or special collective releases, processing may take a little extra time. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every batch meets our standards!

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 Standard Shipping: Once processed, transit times typically take 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

 Tracking Your Order: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) as soon as your order leaves the roaster. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you suspect it has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@banneryearcoffee.com with your order number and photos of the packaging/product. We will work quickly with our roaster to make it right.
