Return Policy
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our coffee as fresh product, no returns are allowed. A request for replacement may be submitted by contacting us if the sent product is not up to your standards, and we will process a potential replacement order.
Merchandise items can be returned or refunded if you contact us within 14 days.
